The Shawnee Board of Education has contracted Oklahoma State School Boards Association (OSSBA)’s resources to assist with the search for the district’s next superintendent and is inviting Shawnee Public Schools staff, families, and community members to participate in an anonymous ThoughtExchange survey to share their input on this important decision.
The ThoughtExchange survey will be open from February 10 through February 21, 2025, providing an opportunity for all stakeholders to voice their opinions on the qualities, priorities, and leadership traits they believe are essential for Shawnee’s next superintendent.
“We want to honor your choice by making this a collaborative and transparent process,” said Clif Harden, Board President. “This survey ensures that everyone has a chance to provide meaningful input, helping us select the best leader for our district’s future.”
