1949.

Murray was a devotedhusband and caretaker tohis wife, Gayleen, until herdeath in 2011. He raisedtheir granddaughter byhimself from the age of 3 until she was 19. He ownedand operated his own business, Stuart’s SpecialtySeptic, since 1989. Murray enjoyed and instilled in hischildren the love of motorcycles and off-road vehicles.He also loved diving. While on a sailing trip with hisbrother, Mark, he became a certified diver and soonafter he took all his family diving in the Bahamas.Murray fought heart problems for many years butcontinued to work every day right up until his death.Murray was preceded in death by his father ofEugene, OR; mother and stepfather, William S. Shaw,of Tecumseh, OK, and wife.Surviving loved ones are: granddaughter, AlexisStuart, of the home; son, Clifton Stuart and wife, Rita,of Stigler, OK; daughter, Tennetta Modica and husband,Joe, of San Diego, CA; stepdaughters, GaylaPatterson and Shiela Doll of Eufaula, OK; aunts,Shirley Stuart Nelson of Oregon and Virginia Stuart ofSeminole, OK; siblings of Tecumseh, OK: Wayne andMarilyn Davis, William and Tina Shaw, Debbie Shaw

Jones, Joe Shaw; siblings originally of Eugene, Oregon:Mark Stuart of Washington, Debbie and JerryWatson of Indiana, Lynn and Daryl Richardson ofFlorida; 7 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren and ahost of other relatives and friends.A memorial stone will be placed at New Hopecemetery in Bethel Acres for those that wish to have aplace of reflection.
