The Shawnee News-Star’s Community Conversations initiative through CherryRoad Media kicks off this week with our conversation with Shawnee Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Aaron Espolt.

The 5 Questions, 5 Answers initiative aims to ask the same five questions to five local leaders to help improve our understanding of what our community needs most from us.

We’ll also be asking for community input with a survey as part of this project.
