Sheila Louise Carpenter Macy, 36, left us unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 23, 2008. 
Born in Shawnee, Oklahoma September 11, 1971 to Lee Roy and Lucy Carpenter, Sheila grew up in Shawnee and graduated from Shawnee High School in 1989. 
She attended Oklahoma State University and graduated in 1993.  Sheila received her Master of Social Work Degree from The University of Oklahoma in 2001 and was employed with Rehab Care at Deaconess Hospital in Oklahoma City.  Sheila was a member of LifeChurch.TV. In June, 2001 Sheila married Mark Macy and their marriage was blessed with two beautiful girls, Ashley and Hope. 
Sheila was a sweet, caring wife, sister, and friend.  She was a loving, devoted mom who found great joy in being with her husband and girls.  Sheila was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by family and friends. 
Sheila is preceded in death by her parents, uncle Glen Carpenter of Prague, Okla., aunt Betty Bates of Prague, Okla., and cousin Clint Carpenter of Meeker, Okla. 
She is survived by husband, Mark, and two daughters, Ashley and Hope of Edmond, Okla.; sister and brother-in-law Lori and Steve Hahn and nephews Matthew and Michael Hahn of Austin, Texas; aunt Marcella Carpenter of Prague, Okla.; uncle and aunt John and Jean Turnbull of Wellston, Okla.; uncle Harvey Bates of Prague, Okla.; uncle and aunt Jimmie and Mary Carpenter of Prague, Okla. and numerous cousins.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday at LifeChurch.TV located at NW178th & Penn Burial will  follow at Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Baggerly Funeral Home, Edmond.
