AP — A Rogers County district judge has ordered the state to take custody of three siblings living in a house in Chelsea where a 1-year-old boy was found dead last week.

Chelsea Police Chief Dustin Chadwell says Judge Dynda (DINDA) Post issued the order at the end of a hearing Monday afternoon in Rogers County District Court in Claremore.

Authorities say 1-year-old Marshall Drew Patrick Card was found dead Friday morning by police responding to a 911 call.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation and Chelsea police are investigating.

The names of the children's parents haven't been released although authorities say the woman in the house is the mother of all four children. It isn't clear if the man is the father of all four.
