AP — A former Creek County judge convicted of indecent exposure nearly two years ago has been released from prison.

Prison officials say 61-year-old Donald Thompson was released Tuesday from the Roger Mills County Jail in Cheyenne, where he had been staying for several months in a bed contracted by the Department of Corrections.

Thompson was accused of using a device called a penis pump during four trials between 2002 and 2003. His former court reporter testified during his trial in 2006 that she saw Thompson expose himself during trials at least 15 times.

He was convicted in June 2006 of four counts of indecent exposure, sentenced to four consecutive one-year prison terms and fined $40,000.

The married father of three grown children, Thompson maintained the penis pump was given to him as a gag gift, and he denied ever using it during trials.
