3 THINGS TO DO THIS WEEKEND (April 22-24)

• Enjoy a theatre production at OBU: Tickets remain for Oklahoma Baptist University Theatre’s production of “Emma” in OBU’s Black Box Theatre in Sarkeys Telecommunication Center. The performance features Jon Jory’s adaptation of Jane Austen’s novel of the same name. Performances will take place Friday, April 22, at 7:30 p.m.; Saturday, April 23, at 2:30 and 7:30 p.m.; and Sunday, April 24, at 2:30 p.m. Tickets are $11 for adults and $5 for students and may be purchased online now at www.okbu.edu/theatre or in the main office of OBU’s Sarkeys Telecommunication Center.

• Enjoy a local spring concert: Sine Nomine Choral Society of Central Oklahoma (Shawnee's community choir) will hold its spring concert at 3 p.m. Sunday at University Baptist Church.

• See 'Monty Python’s Spamalot' at Shawnee Little Theatre: “Monty Python’s Spamalot” will be performed Friday and Saturday night at 7:30 p.m. at Shawnee Little Theatre, 1829 Airport Rd. Rebecca Fry and Scott Bartley direct the comedy spoof with musical direction by Sherri Thompson and choreography by Trevor Mastin. The bawdy comedy is recommended for mature audiences.
