TECUMSEH – The Tecumseh Lady Savages pounded out 32 hits over two games and easily coasted to a Class 5A district slow-pitch softball sweep of the Seminole Lady Chieftains, 12-0 and 19-0, on Thursday. Tecumseh (31-5) compiled 12 hits in the doubleheader opener and piled up 21 in the second as each game lasted just four innings.

What began as a formal recognition blossomed into a day of friendship, encouragement and the spark of a potentially life-changing connection.
