DALE – Teague Muncy and Heartly Snyder each cranked out a home run and doubled one time apiece Tuesday as the Dale Lady Pirates crushed Mustang 15-2 in four innings. Muncy went 3-for-4 from the plate with four runs batted in and two runs scored while Snyder was 2-for-3 with four RBIs and two runs scored.
CUSHING – The Shawnee Lady Wolves crushed Crooked Oak 12-0 but saw their first season of varsity slow-pitch softball come to an end after falling to host Cushing 15-0 and 12-0 on Tuesday in district play. Shawnee 12, Crooked Oak 0 Jalee Reeves tripled once, drove home three runs and scored twice to lead the Lady Wolves’ offense.
