After having a lot of success bringing back a fun fundraiser in 2024, organizers announced that this year’s Shawnee Powder Puff game will be held May 2 on the turf at Jim Thorpe Stadium. “I think it was very successful last year,” said pom team member Abi Clements.

CHECOTAH – The Prague Lady Red Devils recently had several high finishers while placing second as a team in the Checotah Track and Field Meet. Junior Harley Johnson won the 400-meter dash and was part of a 4x800 relay team with Hailey Johnson, Hanna Rolette and Jocelyn Ward as the foursome posted a team-best time of 10:09.
