The Shawnee Lady Wolves, behind a goal apiece from the senior tandem of Addison Williams and Jasmine Ramirez, rolled to a 2-0 victory over Lawton Monday night in girls’ high school soccer action at Jim Thorpe Stadium. The win was the first of the season for Shawnee which improved to 1-3.
Oklahoma Baptist edged out Northeastern State for a 6-5 extra-inning victory at Bobby Cox Field on Tuesday. A sacrifice fly from DJ Van Atten in the bottom of the 10th inning brought home the winning run, capping off a back-and-forth affair between the two teams.

MANNFORD – Caleb Looper fired a five-inning no-hitter, struck out eight and walked only two while Braden Ueltzen, Alexander Monge and Hunter Bertram combined to drive home 10 runs as the North Rock Creek Cougars blitzed the Mannford Pirates 18-0 in five innings on Monday. Ueltzen and Monge were each 2-for-3 and Bertram finished 2-for-4.
McLOUD - Del City was able to sweep McLoud Tuesday night despite a solid effort from both squads. McLoud’s Lady Redskins fell behind about 12 minutes into their match with Del City when the defense failed to clear the ball and the Lady Eagles took advantage of an open shot.

SEMINOLE – Lilly Ingmire and Layla Menhusen each cranked out a home run Tuesday as the Bethel Lady Wildcats crushed the Seminole Lady Chieftains 16-2 in six innings. Ingmire had a 4-for-4 performance with the home run, three doubles, five runs batted in and four runs scored to lead Bethel’s 19 hit attack.
The American Red Cross continues to provide recovery support to Oklahomans impacted by wildfires as disaster workers complete services to meet communities' immediate needs. The Red Cross and Oklahoma Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (VOAD) partners hosted Multi Agency Resource Centers (MARCs) in Mannford, Stillwater, Guthrie and Norman to support Oklahomans affected by recent wildfires.
