OKLAHOMA CITY — The Oklahoma Foundation for Excellence has named 100 public high school seniors from across Oklahoma as Academic All-State honorees for 2025. Four of those students are from the Shawnee and Tri-County Area.
The Shawnee swim team's bus was welcomed back to town from Jenks late Tuesday night with a lights-and-sirens police escort to celebrate the repeat state champions as they returned to Shawnee High School. This is the fourth straight year for the Shawnee Lady Wolves swim team to win the state title in Class 5A.
