On Monday, there was a changing of the guard for a couple Shawnee City Commission seats as recent runoff elections confirmed new picks for mayor and Ward 2 representative. Sworn in during Monday’s City Commission meeting were Mayor Eric Stephens, replacing former mayor Ed Bolt. In Ward 2, Cami Engles had her final evening in the post as newly elected Greta Madson took over the seat. The duo assumed their roles immediately after being sworn in.
