As part of my ongoing updates on the new laws passed during this last legislative session, this week I’d like to continue to highlight several new efforts aimed at boosting economic development and expanding Oklahoma’s role in film and entertainment. These measures follow other legislation I’ve shared in recent columns and are intended to bring more investment, activity and opportunity to our state.

DALE – A threepeat will be the goal of the Dale Lady Pirates as they aim for their third straight Class 2A state fast-pitch championship in 2025. Dale, 24-1 a year ago, did take a hit with some key losses to graduation, including ace hurler Kinsley Hill.
