Actor Kevin Spacey to face 7 additional sex charges in UK

LONDON (AP) — Actor Kevin Spacey will be charged with seven further sex offenses, all relating to the same alleged victim, piling on the pressure for one of Hollywood’s biggest stars. Britain’s Crown Prosecution said Wednesday that charges against the former “House of Cards” star are three of indecent assault, three of sexual assault and one of causing a person to engage in sexual activity without consent.

Sine Nomine to hold winter concert Dec. 4

Members of the Sine Nomine Choral Society of Central Oklahoma, Shawnee’s community choir, are preparing for their winter concert, “The Music of Christmas,” which will be presented Sunday, Dec. 4, at 3 p.m. at Shawnee’s First Baptist Church. The all-Christmas program will feature several familiar carols. The concert is free and open to the public.

In the fantastical Marvel Cinematic Universe where mortality is almost always a plaything, wrestling with the genuine article, in the death of T’Challa star Chadwick Boseman, makes for an unusually uncertain, soul-searching kind of blockbuster- scale entertainment.
