The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating a two-vehicle fatality accident that occurred early Sunday morning near Meeker. That crash claimed the life of an Oklahoma Department of Corrections officer while he was on duty driving an ODOC van and seriously injured another ODOC employee who was driving his personal vehicle to work. Both officers worked at the John Lilley Correctional Center in Boley.
