Jeff Rodgers joins SPD retirement shoot

It’s been 23 years since former Shawnee police officer Jeff Rodgers has fired a weapon, but that all changed at the 2022 police retirement shoot. This year, instead of visiting and watching other retirees and officers shoot during the annual reunion day at the Shawnee gun range, Rodgers was able to participate with a firearm fabricated with a trigger puller that he could use with the help of his wife, Dawna.

Israel’s Netanyahu appears to edge toward victory after vote TEL AVIV, Israel (AP) — Former Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu appeared headed toward victory Wednesday, with 80% of the ballots from national elections counted and showing that voters gave him and his far-right allies what looks like a stable majority in the country’s parliament. State Election Board releases official pre-election voter registration statistics

Nearly 2.3 million Oklahomans are registered to vote ahead of the November 8 General Election, with a net increase of more than 77,000 registered voters since January 15 and a net increase of more than 175,000 registered voters since November 1, 2018. Oklahoma’s voter registration statistics show that registered Republicans now make up 51.19% of Oklahoma’s registered voters, while Democrats make up 29.95% of registered voters.
