OBU to offer fully online bachelor of arts in Christian studies in January 2023

Oklahoma Baptist University will offer a fully online Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies degree through the Hobbs School of Theology and Ministry beginning January 2023. The University is taking applications for the program now. Designed for working professionals, classes for the online Christian studies program are offered online in an asynchronous format, allowing students to access classes at times convenient for their schedules.

Submission dates announced for $6M ‘CLASS 2.0’ grant initiative

State will award up to $800 to teachers for classroom projects The Oklahoma State Department of Education (OSDE) announces it is moving forward with phase two of the Oklahoma Classroom Learning and School Supplies (CLASS) Grant initiative, dedicating $6 million in federal relief funds to help classroom teachers obtain resources for their students through the national nonprofit DonorsChoose. The OSDE will provide up to $800 to an educator’s project, available on a firstcome, first-served basis for only one project per classroom teacher.
