OKLAHOMA CITY – Gross Receipts to the Treasury for the past 12 months topped a landmark high of $17 billion, State Treasurer Randy McDaniel announces. Twelve-month gross receipts through September are $17.03 billion, up by $2.51 billion, or 17.3 percent, from the prior 12 months.
Seminole State College partnered with Leadership Oklahoma (LOK) to host a Fall Forum featuring candidates for statewide offices Tuesday on the SSC campus. Former member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives Harold Wright served as moderator for the event. The non-partisan program was open to LOK alumni and members of the current class, as well as their guests.

Oklahoma Baptist University students, faculty, staff, alumni and members of the community still have time to register for the 7th annual Bison Stampede 5K and One Mile Fun Run. The event takes place Saturday, Oct. 15, at 7 a.m. on the campus of OBU in Shawnee as part of The Weekend festivities. The cost is $10 and pre-registration is encouraged by Friday, Oct. 7.
