City Commission approves MoU with CPN

On Monday, Shawnee City Commissioners approved adopting a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Citizen Potawatomi Nation (CPN) and the City of Shawnee for the transfer of wastewater infrastructure in the de-annexed area related to a Continued Cooperation Agreement between CPN and the City of Shawnee that was adopted by the City Commission in September 2021.
