The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner has confirmed the identity of a man found shot to death last week on a rural Pottawatomie County roadway east of Shawnee. Pottawatomie County Sheriff Mike Booth said the medical examiner identified the man as William Dalton Hesson, 25.
