The state’s Multi-County Grand Jury on Thursday filed an Accusation For Removal of Pottawatomie/Lincoln County District Attorney Glen Allan Grubb and request his immediate suspension from office. Filed with the Oklahoma Supreme Court, the grand jury’s 10-page report against Grubb, 47, was released by the Attorney General’s Office after being read in open court Thursday.
