Buffalo Wild Wings is finishing up its new location in Shawnee. According to a Facebook post Nov. 18, the restaurant is now hiring servers, bartenders, cooks and hospitality.

Area health needs survey yields big response
In an effort to improve the health and well-being of Pottawatomie County, more than 60 local organizations and stakeholders collaborated to complete the 2024 Pottawatomie County Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). The comprehensive assessment, conducted through a community-driven approach, engaged nearly 5 percent of the county’s residents, resulting in 3,200 completed surveys.
