Set April 1, a proposition will have Pottawatomie County voters deciding whether to continue to add education funds to 14 school districts through a half-cent county sales tax, similar to a current tax approved by voters in November 2015. One big difference is that the current 10-year tax is temporary -- set to expire at the end of June; however, the proposal being voted on now would be permanent.
