Linda Kay Sperry, age 75, longtime Shawnee Real Estate Agent passed on to Glory on Monday, September 19, 2022 with her family at her side. Friends and loved ones may visit with the family from 6-8 PM on Saturday, September 24, in the Youth Chapel at Immanuel Baptist Church.

Obituaries Karen Lucille (Montgomery) Grundy, 77, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma passed from this life Friday, September 16, 2022 in Oklahoma City. She was born December 20, 1944 to Robert Eugene and Beulah Mae (Bourland) Montgomery in Tecumseh, Oklahoma.

Dwaine Allen Farris, 88, of Nowata, Oklahoma, died Monday, September 12, 2022. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2022, at 2 pm at Stumpff-Nowata Funeral Home Chapel. There will be no graveside service.

Carey “Lee” Parson was born to Homer and Erma Parson on November 13, 1934 in a log cabin in Northwest Arkansas, near Huntsville, and passed from this life September 15, 2022. His birth mother, Erma Parson passed away early in Lee’s life.

Mildred “Mille” Fowler (91) passed away Sept 16, 2022 in Shawnee, OK due to complications from: colon surgery. Mildred was born June 22nd, 1931 in rural area of Prague, Oklahoma to Roy and Belvia Winter .

Leo “Charles” Altenhofel was born March 21, 1934, to Leo and Mary (Wilhelm) Altenhofel, in Foss, OK. He passed away Thursday, September 15, 2022, at the Concordia Life Plan Community at the age of 88.

Services for Kathryn Sue (Speak) Gansz of the Coker family will take place at 11:00 am on Saturday, September 24, 2022, at the New Hope Baptist Church, west of Tecumseh. Kathryn (Kathy) took up residence in her heavenly home on January 3, 2022, just before her 84th birthday.
