Lady Lions rally with big seventh inning to beat Sequoyah-Tahlequah
OKLAHOMA CITY – A seven-run top of the seventh inning, along with the effective nail-down capabilities of senior hurler Kennedy Allen, lifted the Chandler Lady Lions to a 10-5 come-from-behind victory over Sequoyah-Tahlequah Thursday in the first round of the Class 3A State Tournament. Trailing 5-3, Chandler sent 12 players to the plate in the seventh by racking up seven hits with the help of a Lady Indian error to snatch the five-run advantage.
