BETHEL ACRES — The Bethel pitching trio of Bryce Tapley, Paul Villegas and Connor Anthony combined for a two-hitter Thursday as Bethel stayed alive at a Class 3A district with an 8-2 defeat of Kellyville.
DALE — Class 2A Dale faced nary an obstacle Thursday in capturing a district title from Hinton, 11-2 and 18-5. By upping its record to 18-9, Dale advanced to regional competition.
CHANDLER — Head coach Chance Pierce received quality pitching performances from junior Brad Beloncik and senior Jarin Greenfield as Chandler swept Holdenville 3-1 and 11-1 Thursday in Class 3A district action.

PERKINS — Youthful Chandler saw its campaign concluded Wednesday with Class 5A regional setbacks to Stilwell, 6-2, and Eufaula, 11-7. Chandler coach Bryan Herring started just one senior, Jaelynn Robertson, and one junior, Hannah Edmonds, as the season ended at 14-13 Stilwell outhit Chandler 11-8.
