A memorial service has been scheduled Saturday for two sisters who died in a traffic accident Friday in Earlsboro.
Amanda Renai Miner, 21, and Linda Mychell Miner, 12, both of Earlsboro, were killed in that crash on SH 9, about 100 yards east of Chambers Road.
The two were on their way home from Linda's school when that crash occurred.
Miner, driving a 1997 Ford F-150, was eastbound on SH 9, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported. She slowed to make a left turn onto a county road when her pickup was rear-ended by another vehicle before colliding with an oncoming pickup, the patrol reported.
