Pottawatomie County voters on Tuesday re-elected District 2 County Commissioner Randy Thomas to serve another four years.
Thomas, who is just wrapping up his first term, said he is both humbled and grateful to voters.
“I'm excited about the next four years,” he said.
“We've got the steam engine rolling and we're ready to keep on moving,” he said, adding there are many exciting projects coming.
Thomas tallied 821 votes, or 67.30 percent to defeat Russell McCaslin, who had 399 votes or 32.70 percent.
McCaslin thanks his supporters.
