This year, St. Anthony Shawnee Hospital’s Think Pink event will be joining super heroes, ghosts, goblins, and princesses at the Boo on Bell event, presented by Safe Events for Families (SEFF). Think Pink is an annual event featuring information about breast cancer and healthy living, hosted by St. Anthony Shawnee Hospital.   This year, St. Anthony Shawnee Hospital will be celebrating its 21st year of hosting Think Pink.

“Having a health event at Boo on Bell allows us to partner with SEFF and reach out to community in a fun way to encourage breast cancer awareness and healthy lifestyles for the whole family,” said Linda Brown, Vice President of Support Services.

In recognition of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the Think Pink event will be on Saturday, October 22nd from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at the corner of Bell and Main Street, by Neal’s Furniture, under the big tent.

“SEFF is very excited to have St. Anthony Shawnee Hospital bring ‘Think Pink’ to Boo on Bell,” said Ed Bolt, SEFF Board Member.  “This is a great opportunity to get important health related information in front of a large number of people at a well-established event.”  ”

Think Pink at Boo on Bell will feature booths with health information about breast cancer, exercise, healthy eating and much more.  There will also be fun for the kids, including carnival games with prizes and a Think Pink photo booth for the whole family.

For the adults, they can register to win a pink Fitbit.

Boo on Bell, Central Oklahoma’s Largest Family Halloween Festival, returns for its 18th year. The festival will begin on Thursday evening, October 20th, and continues through Saturday, October 22nd.
