BUFFALO, Okla. (AP) — The Oklahoma Mesonet reports that for just the fifth day in its history a temperature of 90 degrees has been recorded in November.

The Mesonet site in Buffalo recorded 90 degrees between 1:40 p.m. and 2:50 p.m. Thursday. This is the latest date at which a Mesonet site has recorded 90 degrees in the state.

Previous 90 degree days in November were recorded Nov. 1, 2001; Nov. 3, 2005; Nov. 4, 2005; and Nov. 8, 2006.

The Mesonet network was established starting in 1991 and now has 121 stations with at least one station in each of the state's 77 counties.
