OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Investigators in Oklahoma City have obtained an arrest warrant for a 31-year-old man in connection with the weekend shooting deaths of two other men during what police say was a home invasion robbery.
Sgt. Gary Knight said Tuesday that Christopher Dion Norfleet is wanted for two counts of first-degree murder in the case. Norfleet is currently at the University of Oklahoma Medical Center where he's recovering from a gunshot wound he received during the incident. Knight says he will be booked into the Oklahoma County Jail when he's released.
Online court documents do not list an attorney for him.
Investigators say Norfleet and Michael Leonhardt allegedly broke into a southwest Oklahoma City about 10:30 p.m. Saturday. Leonhardt and 38-year-old Marcus Green were shot to death during the incident.
