Greetings to all you, Savvy Seniors, this Thanksgiving! Those greetings are full of thankfulness for America and the freedom to serve our Lord Jesus Christ, in preparation for our upcoming CHRISTmas season!

THANKSGIVING! Where is the thanks giving of those trying to destroy property, lives and the values of our once great American values and safety? It is with deep concerns for America! Those people marching and destroying property, beating up someone just because their voting opinion was different from theirs, needs to hit the work schedules of good, hard working people. They need to be removed from all the freebies list that goes out, allowing them to not be at home resting, bathing, cleaning up their living areas and getting ready to go to school and/or work!

Where are their parents? Are their parents married? Are they trying to get an education to improve their lives? Do they even know about the Ten Commandments, or what the Ten Commandments are and where they can be found? If America came back to the Bible, America would be a changed Nation, and lives would be changed forever. A land would reign where one’s character would be wholesome, full or love and respect for others, with a life lived as law abiding citizens. God knew what the hearts of His creation would be; therefore, in the second book of the Bible, Exodus, He laid down rules and laws for all. May each of us renew our values of life, of others and work at putting God first in our personal life, so we may be a good influence on others.

Therefore, I am sharing the Ten Commandments, put forth by God, and found in the Holy Bible, my King James English version, in the second book, Exodus, of the Old Testament: Chapter 20: 3-17 – 1. Thou shalt have no other gods before me. 2. Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image. 3. Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain. 4. Remember the Sabbath to keep it holy. 5. Honour thy father and thy mother. 6. Thou shalt not kill. 7. Thou shalt not commit adultery. 8. Thou shalt not steal. 9. Thou shalt not bear false witness. 10. Thou shalt not covet.

To those without understanding, that means to put God first in your life, and not worship anything other than God, our heavenly Father, and His son, Jesus Christ, as our Lord and Savior. Also, to not curse, using God’s name in filthy language, and by keeping Sunday as the day set aside to focus on God and His mercy and goodness. We are to respect our fathers and mothers, but they also need to be serving the Lord Jesus Christ, with hearts full of His great love, and therefore, loving and caring for their children. The last five deals with one’s core, their true moral values: Don’t kill anyone, or commit adultery; don’t steal, lie or want what belongs to another person!

May we pray for the restoration of America; back into the safe, loving and caring communities, and Nation we once were in filling up sanctuaries, and putting God first in our hearts and mind. May each person go forth this week by being a blessing and inspiration for America! GOD BLESS AMERICA!

Psalms 33:12 – “Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance.”
