Now in the height of campaigning, candidates in the races for District 23 District Attorney, House District 26 and Associate District Judge for Pottawatomie County have been disclosing contributions and expenses linked to their bids for office. Reports can be found at the Oklahoma Ethics Commission website, at ok.gov/ethics.

District 23 Pottawatomie/Lincoln County District Attorney:

Democrat Adam Panter, 37, and Republican Allan Grubb, 42, are vying for the office of District Attorney:

• According to filed reports, Panter has so far accumulated a total of $28,570 toward the campaign — plus total in-kind contributions of $292.05 — for a total of $28,862.05.

To date, Panter reports he has spent $19,564.17.

As of his last filing in a pre-runoff election report (for the period beginning June 12 and ending Aug. 13), Panter currently has a balance of $6,155.83.

• According to filed reports, Grubb has so far accumulated $16,310 toward the campaign — plus in-kind contributions of $1,926.83 — for a total of $18,236.83.

To date, Grubb reports he has spent $3,052.47, plus $907.99 toward in-kind funding.

As of his last filing in a pre-runoff election report (for the period beginning June 12 and ending Aug. 13), Grubb currently has a balance of $13,257.53.

State House of Representatives District 26:

Democrat Terry W. Hopkins, 78, challenges Republican Incumbent Dell Kerbs, 44, for the post:

• According to filed reports, Hopkins has so far accumulated $7,845 toward the campaign — plus in-kind contributions of $630 — for a total of $8,475.

To date, Hopkins reports he has spent $7,089.29.

As of his last filing in a pre-runoff election report (for the period beginning June 12 and ending Aug. 13), Hopkins currently has a balance of $1,755.71.

• According to filed reports, Kerbs has so far accumulated $50,407.10 toward the campaign.

To date, Kerbs reports he has spent $16,081.05.

As of his last filing in a pre-runoff election report (for the period beginning June 12 and ending Aug. 13), Kerbs currently has a balance of $34,326.05.

Pottawatomie County Associate District Judge:

Shawnee Attorney Kelli McCullar, 50, and Tracy L. McDaniel, 45, who is the current Special District Judge, are running for the Associate District Judge seat.

• According to filed reports, McCullar has so far accumulated $100 toward the campaign — plus in-kind contributions of $350 — for a total of $450.

To date, McCullar reports she has spent $652.50 toward in-kind funding.

As of her last filing in a pre-runoff election report (for the period beginning June 12 and ending Aug. 13), McCullar currently has a balance of $100.

• According to filed reports, McDaniel has not yet reported any contributions or expenditures.
