Only two area football teams have a chance to play an eleventh game this season.

Meeker with host Chisholm and Seminole will travel to Berryhill.

Meeker has been one of the best stories in the area. Their only loss of the year came to powerhouse Jones. The Bulldogs have rolled to more than 50 points the past three weeks. They have one shutout and held four more opponents to eight points or less.

Chisholm is 5-5 on the year after starting the year 0-3. Chisholm and Meeker have one opponent, Luther. Meeker beat Luther 32-6 in the first game of the year. Chisholm beat Luther 24-6 in Week Nine.

It looks like Meeker will host a great game Friday night at 7:30 p.m. The winner will take on the winner of the Morris at Adair game.

Seminole beat district champion Lincoln Christian, but two consecutive losses to Idabel and Stigler cost them a chance to host a playoff game.

The Chieftains will head to undefeated Berryhill for a first round game. Berryhill is undefeated and they have scored 55 points or more in four of their last five games. Berryhill also has two shutouts on the year and allowed Inola only six points.

The Chieftains also have two shutouts this season and they have scored more than 50 four times, including games with 50, 61, 67, and 74 points.

Thes two should be one of the better first round match-ups in the state. The winner will take on the winner of the Purcell at Kingfisher game.
