Kelsey Kael Appicello-Dibler was born Jan. 23, 1990, in Midwest City, Oklahoma, to Celeste Hoover and Tim Dibler and departed this life Dec. 2, 2018, in Shawnee, Oklahoma at St. Anthony Hospital.

Kelsey Kael Appicello-Dibler was born Jan. 23, 1990, in Midwest City, Oklahoma, to Celeste Hoover and Tim Dibler and departed this life Dec. 2, 2018, in Shawnee, Oklahoma at St. Anthony Hospital.

Kelsey was preceded in death by Granny Carlene Hoover.

Kelsey attended Ada Public Schools, graduated from Shawnee High School, attended Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee, Oklahoma, and studied Criminal Justice at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.

Kelsey spent many years in competitive gymnastics winning many ribbons and medals. While at Ada schools Kelsey was very active in the band and was the Drum Major 1 year. Kelsey also played soccer at Ada, Shawnee, and OBU schools.

Those left to cherish Kelsey’s memory are parents, Celeste Hoover and Tim Dibler; three brothers and one sister, Drew Dibler and wife Kacee, Paul Jacobsen and wife Renee, Trace Dibler and Savannah Diaz and husband Brandon; four nieces and two Nephews, Dakota, Kylie, JoJo, Scarlet, Rogan, and Walker; grandparents, Cal and Cindy Hoover, Merle Dibler and Wayne and Paula Dibler; many aunts and uncles, among them was Kelsey’s Aunt “Monie” Melanie Searcy and Uncle Che Hoover; numerous cousins but one special “tuzzin” Taylor O’Bannon; as well as many other relatives, extended family, bonus family, and many friends.

Cremation was handled by Hibbs Funeral Home of Choctaw, Oklahoma.

Kelsey was an organ donor so those who are wanting to honor Kelsey’s memory may do so by donating to Life Share Foundation of Oklahoma in Kelsey Kael’s name.
