MEEKER – Junior Kelsey Williams knocked down four 3-point field goals Tuesday night as Chandler upended Meeker 43-28.

Lauren Masquat added 12 points for Chandler, which outscored the hosts 13-4 in the third quarter to open a 31-18 advantage.

Chandler finished with eight 3-pointers, including two by Masquat. Meeker didn’t have a 3-pointer.

Senior Bri Hable led Meeker, 3-7, with 10 points. Madison Hedge added six.

Meeker finished with 28 turnovers. The Lady Bulldogs were 8 of 11 from the free-throw line, including 2-of-2 efforts by Hable and Elizabeth Jones.

Meeker’s girls will take on Wilburton at 7 p.m. Thursday in first-round play of the Henryetta Tournament.

Chandler will be at the Meeker Tournament.

Boys

Chandler completed the sweep with an 81-65 triumph as senior Chabon Anderson tallied a game-high 30 points, including two treys.

Fellow senior teammates Hutch Underwood and Tanner German accounted for 21 points apiece.

For Meeker (1-9), senior Gavin Hale poured in 26 points, including three 3-pointers. Teammates Kade Brewster and Cale Coleman chalked up 16 and 12 points respectively.

Meeker will play at 12:20 Thursday at the Henryetta Tournament.
