PRAGUE — Prague’s lightning-like start, 10-0, was too much for Chandler to offset Tuesday night in a Lincoln County girls’ matchup.

Prague prevailed 43-28 just three days after knocking off Chandler 45-37 in the third-place game of the Ripley Tournament.

Prague is 2-1 against Chandler this season.

Taylor Hodges spearheaded Prague with 20 points, including two 3-point field goals. Chloe McClendon added nine points and Diana Manning chipped in with eight.

Senior Lauren Masquat of Chandler had 11 points, followed by Morgan Fowble with seven. Masquat hit three 3-pointers.

In Saturday’s victory over Chandler, Caya Wright led Prague with 14 points, followed by Manning with 13. Jaycee Johnson knocked down three treys and Wright hit two Masquat had three 3-pointers.

Boys

The Red Devils completed the sweep with a 65-44 blitz of the Lions.

Isaac Bloomer of Prague, the game’s leading scorer with 23, scored in every quarter and chalked up three 3-pointers.

Brayden McGinnis added two treys and 16 points, and teammate Isiah Bias finished with 12 points.

Tanner German highlighted Chandler offensively with 13 points. Hutch Underwood and Dalton Alsip came in with 11 points each.

Prague, 9-4, will travel to Meeker Friday.
