Area teams fell in the rankings this week.

Both Shawnee teams dropped. The undefeated Lady Wolves traded places with Norman North as voters shifted their preferences by the smallest margin. Shawnee had 520 points in the poll as Norman North as 527. Putnam City West had 578 points to take the top spot in the poll and No. 4 Edmond Memorial had 466.

The Wolves fell to No. 20 in 6A after taking 3rd in the Ada Tournament and losing to 5A No. 3 El Reno.

Shawnee swept Ada Tuesday night and they both will play in the Shawnee Invitational this weekend.

Dale's boys finally lost control of the top spot in 2A after holding it all season. The Pirates still received 8 first place votes despite losses last week to Rock Creek and Wright City.

The Lady Pirates are still entrenched on top of class 2A. Dale had big wins over Bethel and Wright City to hold onto their position.

Both Dale teams are back in action this week at the Cashion Tournament.

Prague's Lady Red Devils are still at No. 14 in 3A. Prague has won five straight.

Seminole stayed at No. 14 after two big wins over Holdenville. The Chieftains are competing at the Route 66 Tournament this week in Stroud.
