EARLSBORO – The Earlsboro Wildcats picked up a doubleheader sweep over Macomb Thursday evening.

Earlsboro won the first contest 9-1 in part to a big first inning.

The Wildcats scored six runs to jump out to an early lead.

Chance Bohannon led Earlsboro with three RBIs. He stole two bases in the first game.

Elijah Maher picked up the win going five innings and struck out seven.

In the second game, Earlsboro won 12-0.

Jeremy Grey recorded the only extra base hit in the second game and tied for the team lead with two hits in the game.

Micah Anderson started on the mound and picked up the three-inning shutout.

Anderson struck out six and walked four Macomb batters.

Anderson was the second Earlsboro batter with a multi-hit game.

The win puts Earlsboro at 4-4 on the season.
