The Shawnee Wolves took fourth and the Lady Wolves took fifth out of seven teams in the Yukon Sundowner Track Meet last week.

Clifford Littleton led the way for Shawnee with a second place finish in the 3200-meter run. Littleton has a great record as a distance runner in both cross country and track events.

Jasmine Martinez had the best result for the Lady Wolves with a fourth place finish in the 800-meter run. All three runners who beat her were from Edmond North.

In the boys' 800-meter run, Blaine Bennett took fifth for Shawnee. Three Edmond North runners placed in front of Bennett as well.

Kendal Jenkins placed near the top in two throwing events for the Lady Wolves. She took fourth in the shot put and the discus. 

The Wolves jumpers also won some points for the team. Isaiah Willis leaped more than 19 feet to take third in the long jump. Tristan Beiber cleared 5'10" to take second in the high jump. Shyra Crowley scored for the Lady Wolves with a fourth place finish in the long jump. 

Olivia Barlean placed fifth in the pole vault to score for the Lady Wolves.

The Wolves also took second in the 4x400 relay only seven seconds behind the winners from Yukon. The girls' 4x400 relay team took fourth.
