TECUMSEH — Harrah combined eight hits with five walks to upend Tecumseh 8-2 Monday.

Tecumseh’s Kainan Ryan and Jake Trice each drove in a run in the bottom of the fourth to crawl within 3-2, only to have Harrah score five runs in the last two innings.

The Savages collected six hits and three walks but stranded seven runners.

Tecumseh employed five pitchers with starter Jayden Shafer going 5 2/3 innings. Shafer permitted four runs (two earned) on five hits. He whiffed five batters, walked three and hit two.

Following Shafer on the mound were Carson Fletcher, Ryan Roy, Payden Clutter and Tyler Thompson.

The Savages, 12-5, will try to gain revenge at Harrah at 5 p.m. today. Seminole will play at Tecumseh at 4:30 Wednesday and the Savages will battle Community Christian at 10 a.m. Thursday at Bethany.
