BROKEN ARROW - Shyra Crowley and Isaiah Willis placing in multiple events were among the individual performances that helped the Shawnee track teams take fifth place at the Broken Arrow track meet Saturday.
Crowley won the 100 meter hurdles with a time of 16:83. Shawnee got more team points in that event when Alexxus Ward took third. Crowley also won the long jump with a leap of 15'10".
Willis took third in the 200 meter dash with a time that was less than a second behind the winner. Willis also took fourth in the long jump with a leap of 18'10".
Karran Evans won his event with a high jump victory with a 5'8" jump.
Kyle Henry put up a good time in the 800 meter run with a second place finish. Henry also took fifth in the 300 meter hurdles. Clifford Littleton, took third in the 400 meter dash with a time less than a second behind the first and second place participants from Broken Arrow.
Kendal Jenkins took fifth in the shot put with a throw of more than 31 feet.
The girls' 4x400 meter relay took third place as did the boys' 4x800 meter relay.
