Shawnee non-profit organizations will be sharing the limelight with the Sine Nomine Choral Society of Central Oklahoma, Shawnee's community choir, at their spring concert, "Let's Sing Together...Celebrating Shawnee!", on April 25 at 7:30 p.m. at the Shawnee High School Performing Arts Center.

"We have several organizations already signed up for the program, but there's always room for more," said Herb Moring, director of the 35-member choir.  In addition to program recognition, organizational leaders may share the mic to briefly tell about their organization, and they may also set up table displays in the lobby if they would like.

Non-profits who have not signed up for participation but would like to may contact Moring at  or 388-2211.

The choir, celebrating its 20th year of existence in Shawnee, will present seven numbers directed by Moring and accompanied by Dr. Carol Ann Bell, pianist.  The informal program will also have audience participation singing.

The program is free and open to the public.
