Tanya Lynn Wolfe, age 47, lifelong resident of Shawnee, passed away Saturday, April 13, 2019, in Shawnee.

Tanya Lynn Wolfe, 47, lifelong resident of Shawnee, Oklahoma, entered this world on June 16, 1971, in Lawton, Oklahoma, to Tommy Lynn and Patricia Kay (Roberts) Wolfe and went to be with our Lord Saturday, April 13, 2019, in a tragic car accident.

Tanya attended Shawnee schools.

She worked with her daughter at her new business in Norman, Oklahoma “Vapor Mayfield.”

Tanya was a loving mother and loved her kids and grandkids very much. She was preparing to help her oldest daughter decorate her home. She would do anything for her family and friends and had a heart of gold, a smile that could light up any room and a grin that you knew meant trouble. She also loved going to casinos, spending time with family and friends and helping others.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Wolfe; grandparents, Charlene Atwell, Ernest Roberts, Elsie Wolfe and D.W. Wolfe.

Tanya is survived by her two daughters, Kylie Gunter and fiancé, Mike Shirey of the home and Tommi Lynn Wolfe of Norman; son, Nathan Ray Clark-Wolfe of Norman; two grandchildren, Mikayla Joseph and Piper Mann; three sisters, Ramona Roberts of Oklahoma City, Sonya Wolfe of Shawnee and Fanya Wolfe of Shawnee; three brothers, Charles “Chucky” Boman of Kansas City, Missouri, Jimmy Roberts of Oklahoma City and Paul Wolfe of Kansas City, Kansas; numerous extended family.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday, April 22, at Cooper Funeral Home.

Service will be 11 a.m., Tuesday, April 23, at Bethel Acres Assembly Church with Brother Larry Townsend officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.
