This summer, Adam M. Palinkas, Shawnee, will join outstanding elementary school students from across the state and nation to take part in a unique academic and career oriented development experience, the National Youth Leadership Forum (NYLK): Pathways to STEM, taking place at the University of Texas in Dallas.
NYLF Pathways to STEM is one of the Envison family of programs (www.envisionexperience.com) that enable students to explore their interests and experience learning beyond the classroom.
Adam is interested in golf, soccer swimming and all things STEM. He participated in the local STEM program this summer at Gordon Cooper Technology Center and was nominated to attend the National Youth Leadership Forum Pathways to STEM program by his pPrince at Liberty Academy, Ms. Leigh Ann Jones.
Adam is the recipient of the Principals' Honor Roll award and Superintendent's Honor Roll award at Liberty Academy. He is very excited to attend the program in Dallas because he is interested in all things related to science, technology, engineer and math.
