Oklahoma Foundation for Excellence Trustee Leslie Daugherty (right) and Seminole High School teacher Colleen Schelb (left) congratulate Zachary Perry, an Academic All-Stater from SEMINOLE, during the Oklahoma Foundation for Excellence Academic Awards Banquet, held recently in Tulsa.  Perry, a 2019 graduate of Seminole High School, was among 100 outstanding seniors from Oklahoma public schools who were honored by the foundation as Academic All-Staters. He received an Academic All-State scholarship sponsored by Daugherty, who is a 1999 Academic All-State alumna.  The Oklahoma Foundation for Excellence is a statewide nonprofit organization that recognizes and encourages academic excellence in Oklahoma’s public schools. Schelb, an Advanced Placement chemistry and physics teacher, was Perry’s honored teacher guest at the banquet.
