The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported Wednesday that a woman injured in a Pottawatomie County crash last month has died from her injuries.
The patrol said Joyce Richardson, 76, Harrah, died Wednesday afternoon. She had been transported to OU Medical Center following the June 27 crash that occurred on U.S. 177 and Coker Road.
The OHP said a 2005 Chevrolet pickup driven by Ross Richardson, 77, Harrah, was northbound on Coker Road when he failed to yield to westbound traffic on U.S. 177.
The report shows the pickup was hit broadside by a 2015 Toyota Yaris driven by John Eaton 23, Meeker, the OHP said. Both Ross Richardson and Eaton was treated on scene for minor injuries, according to the report, while Joyce Richardson went by ambulance to the Oklahoma City hospital.
