Kickapoo Tribal Health Center and Dobson Technologies partner for KTHC’s  2nd annual Back to School Haircuts event.  Dobson Technologies is donating 120 backpacks to be distributed Tuesday, July 30 from 2 to 6 p.m. at the event.

The event will offer free haircuts, healthy snacks, hygiene kits and a photo booth.  This event is a Kickapoo Tribal Health Center community outreach activity and is free to the public.

The Kickapoo Tribal Health Center is an ambulatory (outpatient) care facility compact from the Indian Health Service and opened in McLoud, Oklahoma in 1998.   Kickapoo Tribal Health Center provides a variety of services including medical, dental, pharmacy, optometry, lab, x-ray, health education, fitness instruction, nutrition, counseling, contract health, elder care, community health and behavioral health.  In most cases, a Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood is required.  For more information, visit
