TULSA — Shawnee outscored Sapulpa 18-14 over the final eight minutes late Friday night to register a 73-69 semifinal victory at the Bishop Kelley Invitational.
Kaveon Sharp collected a team-high 20 points as Shawnee improved to 3-0.
The Wolves will challenge Tulsa Webster at 8:30 p.m. Saturday in the Invitational championship game.
Shawnee was down by as much as 24-8 in the first quarter before pulling within nine points at the intermission. The game was tied at 55 after three quarters.
Tanner Morris of Shawnee contributed 14 points and eight rebounds.
Jaylon Orange notched 12 points for the Wolves.
Sharp sank a three-quarter-court shot at the end of the first half but officials ruled the effort came just after the buzzer.
With Shawnee nursing a three-point lead with 3 ½ seconds to play, Sharp put the game on ice by hitting 1-of-2 free throws.
Sapulpa was the Invitational’s defending champion.
